📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the apartment building
- Manage a team of property staff and vendors
- Implement and monitor resident engagement programs
- Handle resident complaints and concerns promptly
- Coordinate with service providers for timely repairs and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
- Prepare and present monthly reports to the management team
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in residential settings
- Proven experience with property management software like Propertree or SAP
- Certifications in ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local regulations and community standards
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
