Market Bloom Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Assistant Commis Chef to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen inventory.,Assist in food cost control and menu planning.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Work as part of a team to ensure efficient food production.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant chef or commis chef.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
