You will work closely with the Store Supervisor to ensure that our stores run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) system usage.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment, using our in-house inventory management system.
• Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Supervisor.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist in the organization of store events, promotions, and displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support in-store promotions and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in a high-end retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
