📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve branch objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.,Monitor branch finances, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of branch activities.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and financial management tools.,Understanding of local market conditions and customer needs in Sumedang, Jawa Barat.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
