📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the delivery team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Plan and coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitor and report on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.,Provide training and development opportunities for the delivery team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and supervising a team.,Experience in route planning and logistics management.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with the use of GPS and other navigation tools.
