ORACLE Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional development.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR issues and provide strategic advice.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
