📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients under the supervision of the lead pharmacist.,Prepare and dispense medications according to prescriptions and clinical guidelines.,Monitor and report any adverse drug reactions or medication errors to the lead pharmacist.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmaceutical protocols and procedures.,Educate patients and healthcare providers on the proper use of medications and safe storage practices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmaceutical activities.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the pharmacy's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and healthcare terminology is a plus.
