Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, including addition and alteration works.Develop and maintain project budgets and ensure they are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all project requirements are met.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure that all construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, change orders, and final project documentation.Manage and mentor junior project managers and team members.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on addition and alteration works.Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience working in a multicultural environment.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
