📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and train a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.,Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Optimize warehouse space and equipment to improve productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing inventory control and warehouse operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
