📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and recognition as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve strategic goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our department's work aligns with the company's overall objectives.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.,Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and that the department is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the department at company meetings and events, as needed.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business, management, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Experience in a similar role within a multinational or international company is a plus.
