📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the medical center, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.,Ensuring that all healthcare services are provided in a timely and efficient manner, and that patients receive the highest quality of care.,Managing and supervising the staff, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall performance of the medical center and to enhance the patient experience.,Ensuring that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and that the medical center is in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Managing the budget and financial resources of the medical center, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and transparent.,Representing the medical center at various events and conferences, and building relationships with other healthcare providers and organizations.,Ensuring that the medical center is a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
