📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify economic opportunities and challenges in the region.
• Develop and implement economic development strategies and programs.
• Coordinate with local businesses, investors, and other stakeholders to attract and retain businesses in the region.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of economic development projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the progress and impact of economic development initiatives to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the Bangka Belitung Economic Development Program (BEDEP).
• Collaborate with other agencies and departments to ensure the successful implementation of economic development projects.
• Provide technical assistance and support to local businesses and entrepreneurs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in economic development, business development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of economic development principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with economic development software and tools, such as GIS mapping software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
