📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire landscaping contract process, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Prepare and submit contracts, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the project team and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping contract management, with a strong background in high-end resort and development projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex landscaping projects.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage contracts and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
