Plus Global Lestari is looking for a Lead Accountant to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. As a Lead Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice to the company.

This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 18.000.000 – Rp 27.000.000 per month, along with other benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.

Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.

Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.

Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Train and mentor junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
