📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Manage the recruitment and selection process for various positions within the company.,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to promote professional growth.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and suggestions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs.
