CV Sentosa Damar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and manuals.,Conduct needs assessments and performance evaluations to identify training requirements.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to align learning initiatives with business goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
