📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
