Agung Joko Digital is looking for a dedicated Barista/Cashier to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our café. We are seeking someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and has a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean the coffee equipment and work area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.,Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register, ensuring accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and a positive customer experience.,Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication skills, both verbal and written.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules.
