Port Direct Sentosa is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer relationships, and contributing to our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets and quotas.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both existing and potential customers.,Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Assist in the maintenance and organization of the sales database.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
