📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and direct maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of infrastructure and facilities.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient use of resources.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of infrastructure and facilities to identify potential issues and risks.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair services.,Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the infrastructure and facilities management industry.,Proven track record of managing and maintaining infrastructure and facilities.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.
