📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs accordingly,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during and after training,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
