As a Senior Barista, you'll be the heart of our coffee operation. You'll prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, from classic espresso drinks to creative latte art, ensuring each cup meets our high standards. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our coffee equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring our workspace is clean and inviting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso, latte art, and pour-over methods.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Train and mentor junior baristas to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new coffee recipes and seasonal specials.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Participate in daily operations, including opening and closing the shop, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in a specialty coffee environment.
• Proven ability to craft and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages.
• Experience with espresso machines, including La Marzocco, Rocket, or similar models.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods such as pour-over, AeroPress, and French press.
• Knowledge of milk steaming and latte art techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in Barista Training (SBA or similar) is a plus.
