📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize tax benefits.
• Lead the accounting team in maintaining and updating financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute financial strategies.
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, tax planning, and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or feedmill industry.
• Certification in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
