As a 2W Partner Acquisition and Engagement Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new partners, as well as maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. You will use your strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust and rapport with our partners, and you will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure that our partners are able to meet their business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and acquire new partners through targeted outreach and strategic networking.
• Maintain and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure that partners are able to meet their business objectives.
• Develop and implement a partner acquisition and engagement strategy to drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on partner performance and business objectives.
• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to partners, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner acquisition and management, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with partners.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges in the partner ecosystem.
