📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and expand the microfinance branch, ensuring compliance with Sharia principles.
• Oversee daily operations, including loan processing, risk assessment, and client servicing.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance market presence and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of financial advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide financial advice tailored to their needs.
• Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in microfinance or banking operations, with a focus on Sharia-compliant products.
• Proven experience in branch management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic finance principles and Sharia-compliant financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in Islamic finance or Sharia compliance is a plus.
