📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute health programs tailored to Indonesian consumers, leveraging data analytics to measure impact and ROI.
• Collaborate with local partners and global teams to ensure alignment with Fohoway's international health strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging health trends and consumer needs in Indonesia.
• Manage health campaigns and promotions, utilizing digital marketing platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of health initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest health and wellness trends, regulations, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide training and support to local staff on health-related topics and tools.
• Represent Fohoway at industry events, conferences, and workshops to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health promotion, program management, or a similar role within the health and wellness industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian market dynamics, including cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with health-related software and tools, such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in health-related topics, such as CPH (Certified Professional in Health), or equivalent, is a plus.
