📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle general affairs, including office administration and logistics.
- Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and development.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Maintain and update HR documentation and records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist in employee training and development programs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles.
- Familiarity with HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
