📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog to drive the success of our fintech products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product is developed and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlog to ensure that the team is working on the most valuable and impactful features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the product meets their requirements.
  • Monitor and measure product performance to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation.
  • Lead and mentor the product management team to ensure that they are aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our products are competitive and innovative.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
