• Manage and supervise a team of distributors, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including suppliers, retailers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
• Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for new business development.

• Provide regular reports and updates to regional managers and national headquarters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the General Trade industry.
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
