📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the motorpool, ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained and ready for use.
• Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to schedule vehicle inspections, repairs, and fueling.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage the motorpool budget and track expenses related to vehicle maintenance and fuel.
• Lead and motivate the motorpool team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for drivers and staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the motorpool or logistics industry.
• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and fleet management.
• Knowledge of motorpool management software, such as FleetOne or similar.
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
