Person In Charge (PIC) - Bali Region

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Person In Charge (PIC) to oversee our operations in the vibrant Bali region, including areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring smooth operations, and driving the success of our projects in this beautiful and bustling location.

As the PIC for Bali, you will play a crucial role in our company's mission to provide top-notch workforce solutions. You will work closely with our national and international clients, managing projects that span various industries, including hospitality, retail, and F&B. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with company values.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality workforce solutions.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management as required.
• Participate in team-building activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the workforce solutions or HR industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using HR management software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
