Coinbase is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Market Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance our market data capabilities and analytics processes.

Tanggung Jawab:

Lead the Market Data & Analytics engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Drive the development and implementation of innovative market data solutions and analytics processes.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ensure the team follows best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading a team of engineers.
Deep understanding of market data and analytics concepts and technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
