📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the ramen outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet's overall strategy
• Ensure that the outlet is clean, well-organized, and welcoming to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square or Clover is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently, with English as a bonus
