📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet safety and comfort standards.
• Use SAP PM and Maximo to manage work orders, track maintenance activities, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and engineering teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry best practices.
• Adhere to the hotel's maintenance protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
• Proven ability to perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities.
• Familiarity with SAP PM and Maximo for maintenance management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification in hotel maintenance or a related field is a plus.
